Primary Responsibilities:

• Effectively and professionally communicates with co-workers and supervisor.
• Administer the preventative maintenance program as required, properly completing work orders on time.
• Ensure all fire and safety inspections are completed and any discrepancies are corrected.
• Monitor indoor pool and spa requirements as set by the State of Illinois Public Health Department.
• Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss scope of repair as well as products and materials used in repair activities. Maintain accurate inventory of such items.
• Obtain pricing and bids as directed.
• Respond quickly to guest requests in a professional manner. Reports all complaints or requests to appropriate department. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Upkeep and maintenance of landscaping and grounds.
• Maintaining records of regulatory compliance and maintenance log.
• General up keep and repair of pluming, HVAC, electric, and other equipment
• Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
• Follows all company and brand policies and procedures.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor or management

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to push or pull objects weight up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, stoop or bend frequently throughout the day
• Reaching and grasping with arms and hands, including reaching above shoulder level.
• Working with equipment to perform procedures where carelessness could result in minor cutes, bruises or muscle pulls
• Possible exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity
